Char’S Hot Dog Hash

6eachhot dogs, red casings
6eachpotatoes, peeled and cubed
1mdonion, chopped
1 salt, to taste
1 pepper, to taste
1 garlic powder, to taste


Par boil potato cubes until slightly tender when pierced with a fork.
Slice hot dogs into coins (chunks). Heat coating of oil in frying
pan. Add chopped onion, hot dogs and potato cubes. Cook until
potatoes are golden. Serve.
