		<description>Wow!  This was fantastic.  I had grapes and some hot Italian sausage I wanted to use, and found this recipe.  I also had all the ingredients on hand. I did use ground hot Italian sausage, rather than the sausages themselves.  I simply added an egg and some breadcrumbs and formed them into sausage shapes, baked at 350 for 30 minutes then followed the rest of the recipe.  They were amazing.  I will make this one again and again.</description>
