Orzo and Shrimp Summer Salad September 4, 2013 No Comments

Summer is the time for easy summer chilled salads. This is a recipe I’ve developed because I love orzo salads and I love anything that’s fast and easy. I’ve added the shrimp but it’s just as fresh and good without it. I buy shrimp that’s cooked. peeled and de-veined when it’s on sale. This salad is so good that I find myself eating it as a mid-meal or bedtime snack.
